A 6 hour flight to Amsterdam then an 8 hour flight to Arusha and we are here! We arrived at 7:30 pm, got the entrance visa, picked up the bags, then met Emanuel from ClimbKili who welcomed us with a broad smile. By then it was pitch dark around the airport and we could not see much as Emanuel drove us along three other Kili trekkers to SG Resort. Once in the hotel, we had a great meal and hit the beds.
It is the next morning now, I had a great sleep and am ready for this adventure to begin!!!
Our driver will be Mushi, and today we will head to Tarangire for game drives and picnic, then stay overnight at a tented camp, and tomorrow we'll move onto Serengeti. Super excited!!!
